My Neon Gift makes custom LED neon signs around one personal detail: a name or set of initials, a line of words, a date worth remembering, or a star sign. You choose the detail, we turn it into light. The shop sells through myneongift.com and nowhere else.

Who we are

We are a small online team that runs the store from end to end on the customer side. That covers the product pages, checking each order before it goes to production, answering email and sorting out anything that goes wrong after delivery. Messages sent to contact@myneongift.com are read and answered by a person on the team, not an autoresponder.

Where we work

Our team is based in Vietnam. We reply to email Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+7). For customers in the United States, a message written during your evening is usually picked up while you sleep and answered by your morning.

Why this shop exists

A sign with a word on it is easy to find. A sign with your word on it is harder, and that is the gap My Neon Gift sets out to fill. Every design in the catalog starts from something the buyer supplies, so the finished piece belongs to one person or one couple rather than to anyone who walks into a store.

What we are working toward

Our mission is simple to say and takes care to do: the sign that arrives should spell exactly what you typed, glow evenly from end to end, and match the size and color you picked. We try to describe every detail plainly on the product page, so there are no surprises when the box is opened.

Our vision is a store where turning a name, a phrase or a date into a lasting gift takes a few minutes of your time and nothing more.

How the business works

Nothing is pre-made. Each sign is made to order after checkout, which is why we can put any wording on it:

• You choose a design, type your text and pick Small, Medium or Large where those sizes are offered.
• Production takes 5–7 days. The sign is shaped from LED neon flex on acrylic, then switched on and checked before it is boxed.
• Transit takes 6–9 days once the sign leaves production. Delivery inside the United States is free; international shipping is available, with cost and timing depending on the destination.

Who builds the signs

Production is handled by partner LED neon fabrication workshops. We send them the approved details of each order; they cut the acrylic, bend and fit the neon flex, test the finished sign and pack it. My Neon Gift remains your point of contact for everything else, including order changes, delivery problems, returns and warranty requests.
