Designing your sign

What can I put on a sign?

Our collections are built around four kinds of personal detail: a name or initials, a word or short quote, a date or year, and a zodiac sign or simple symbol such as a moon, heart or star. Each product page shows which fields you can fill in.

Is the text copied exactly as I type it?

Yes. Spelling, capital letters and punctuation are reproduced exactly as entered, so please check carefully before checking out. Our Customization guide has tips.

What sizes are available?

Most designs come in Small, Medium and Large. The product page lists the approximate measurements for each option.

What is the sign made of?

LED neon flex on acrylic. The flex is a flexible LED strip inside a soft cover that gives the look of glass neon, and it is mounted on a clear acrylic backing cut to the shape of the design.

Can I use it outdoors?

Our signs are made for indoor use only. Keep them away from rain, bathrooms and other damp places.

Orders and payment

How do I pay?

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The card and wallet options available to you appear at checkout. Prices are in US dollars.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Within 24 hours of ordering, you can change the details or cancel free of charge. After that, production usually has begun, and a cancellation costs 15% of the order total until the sign is dispatched. Once it has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. See our Return Policy.

Shipping

How long until my sign arrives?

Production takes 5–7 days and transit within the US takes 6–9 days, so plan on both. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order to a US address. International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination, and the price for your address is shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

We email a tracking number once the sign ships. You can also check the status on our Track Order page.

After delivery

How do I hang it?

Signs are mounted on an acrylic backing. The product page lists what is included with each design for hanging or standing it. Choose a spot within reach of an outlet for the power adapter, and use wall fixings suited to your wall type.

My sign arrived damaged. What now?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the sign, box and label. We will send a replacement or arrange a repair at no cost.

Can I return a sign?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee is taken from the refund. The full process is in our Return Policy.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, 1 year from delivery against manufacturing faults. See our Warranty page.

How do I clean the sign?

Unplug it, then wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use cleaning sprays or solvents on the acrylic.
