Track Order

Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout to see the latest status of your order. Your order number is in the confirmation email we sent after purchase.

What the order status means

• Processing: payment is received and your sign is being made. Production takes 5–7 days.
• Completed: the sign has been dispatched. A tracking number has been sent to your email.
• On hold: we need something from you, such as a check on your wording or address. Look for an email from us.

Following the parcel

Once the sign is dispatched, use the tracking number in your shipping email on the carrier’s website. US deliveries usually take 6–9 days in transit. For international orders, timing depends on the destination country and customs.

Can’t find your order?

• Check your spam or promotions folder for emails from myneongift.com.
• Make sure you are using the same email address that was entered at checkout.
• If tracking has not updated for several days, email contact@myneongift.com with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
