Warranty

Every sign from My Neon Gift comes with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing faults, counted from the date of delivery. If something we built stops working the way it should, we will fix it.

What the warranty covers

• Sections of LED neon flex that go dark, flicker or light unevenly under normal use.
• A power adapter or cable supplied with the sign that stops working.
• Neon flex coming loose from the acrylic backing without any outside force.
• Faulty connections or wiring inside the sign.

What it does not cover

• Damage from drops, impacts, bending the neon flex, or cutting and modifying the sign.
• Outdoor use, or exposure to water, steam, high humidity or strong heat.
• Use with a power supply other than the one provided.
• Normal wear such as light scratches on the acrylic.
• Damage during shipping. That is handled as a delivery claim: report it within 7 days of delivery, as described in our Shipping Policy.

How to make a claim

1. Email contact@myneongift.com with your order number.
2. Describe the problem and attach a photo or a short video of the sign switched on.
3. We review it and reply with the next step, which may be some troubleshooting, a replacement part such as a new adapter, or a repair or replacement of the sign.

If we need the sign sent back for inspection, we will tell you how to ship it before you send anything. Approved warranty repairs and replacements are made at no cost to you.

Before you write to us

A few quick checks often solve the problem: make sure the plug is fully seated at both ends, try a different wall outlet, and if there is a switch or dimmer on the cable, check that it is turned on.

Keeping your sign in good shape

• Use it indoors, away from sinks, showers and direct heat sources.
• Switch it off and unplug it before cleaning, then wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid cleaning sprays and solvents on the acrylic.
• Handle it by the acrylic backing rather than by the neon flex.
• Turn it off when you go out or go to sleep if you do not need it lit.
