These terms apply when you use myneongift.com or place an order with My Neon Gift. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Warranty and Privacy Policy.

1. Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with how it runs, try to access accounts or data that are not yours, or copy the site’s content for commercial use.

2. Products and descriptions

Our signs are made from LED neon flex on acrylic and are produced to order. We describe sizes, colors and features as accurately as we can. Screen settings vary, so the color of the light in person may look slightly different from the photos. Sizes listed on the product page are approximate and depend on the length of your text.

3. Personalized content

You are responsible for the wording, names, dates and symbols you submit, including spelling, capitalization and punctuation. We reproduce text as entered. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the right to use the content you submit. We may decline or cancel, with a full refund, any order that contains content we believe is unlawful, hateful, or that uses a trademark, logo or character you do not own.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe. If a price is listed in error, we will contact you before production and you may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, if the item cannot be made as described, or if we suspect fraud. In each of these cases, any amount paid is refunded in full.

6. Production and delivery

Production takes 5–7 days and US transit takes 6–9 days. Shipping within the United States is free. International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination. These times are estimates rather than fixed delivery dates, because carriers operate outside our control. Details are in the Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours; after that, a 15% cancellation fee applies until the sign is dispatched. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with a 15% restocking fee. Damage in transit must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Full details are in the Return Policy.

8. Warranty

Signs are covered against manufacturing faults for 1 year from delivery, as set out on our Warranty page.

9. Safe use

Use the sign indoors with the power adapter supplied, and follow the care advice on our site. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification, water exposure, or use with a different power supply.

10. Intellectual property

The site design, text, photos and graphics belong to My Neon Gift or are used with permission. You may not reuse them without our written consent. See our Copyright page for more.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

12. Resolving problems

If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Most issues can be settled quickly by email, and we will work with you in good faith to find a fair solution.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
