Format

• Choose a date style: 06.14.2027, 6/14/27 or June 14, 2027.
• Optional ring outline or small heart after the date.
• Small about 20 in wide, Medium about 30 in, Large about 40 in.

At the venue

• The clear acrylic panel has holes in each corner for cable ties or hooks, so it attaches to a flower wall, arch or backdrop frame.
• 12V adapter with a US plug and a 6 ft lead; a standard extension cord reaches most venue outlets.
• Dimmer included for evening photos.

Please order at least three weeks before the wedding: production is 5–7 days and free US delivery takes about 6–9 days. Send the date and format in the order notes.

Shipping is free on every US order and takes 6–9 days in transit.

International shipping is available; cost and delivery time vary by destination.

Cancel free of charge within 24 hours of ordering. After that, a cancellation costs 15% of the order while the sign is being made.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee comes off the refund.
