Each sign is assembled by hand to your letters. Expect production of 5–7 days and free delivery inside the US in roughly 6–9 days. The LEDs and adapter carry a 1 year warranty. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight for long periods, which can fade the acrylic edge over time.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee comes off the refund.
