How it is laid out

List both names in the order notes in the order they should appear, top first. If the names differ a lot in length, we balance the layout and send a quick proof by email before production.

Production takes 5–7 days once the layout is set; free US shipping follows in 6–9 days. Dust occasionally with a soft dry cloth. 1 year warranty on the light and adapter.

Cancel free of charge within 24 hours of ordering. After that, a cancellation costs 15% of the order while the sign is being made.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee comes off the refund.
